Day 1 :

Arrival in Zurich

Morning: Arrive at Zurich Airport. Check in to your hotel and freshen up.Afternoon: Explore Zurich Old Town (Altstadt) and Bahnhofstrasse for shopping. Visit the Swiss National Museum or Kunsthaus Zurich (art museum).Evening: Stroll along Lake Zurich. Enjoy a welcome dinner at a local Swiss restaurant.Overnight: Zurich.

Day 2 :

Zurich – Lucerne

Morning: Take a train to Lucerne (1 hour). Visit the iconic Chapel Bridge and Water Tower.Afternoon: Explore the Lion Monument and Swiss Museum of Transport.Evening: Take a lake cruise on Lake Lucerne.Overnight: Lucerne.

Day 3 :

Lucerne – Mount Titlis

Morning: Take a day trip to Mount Titlis. Enjoy the rotating cable car ride, the Cliff Walk, and the Ice Flyer chairlift.Afternoon: Return to Lucerne and relax at your hotel or explore more of the city.Evening: Dine at a lakeside restaurant.Overnight: Lucerne.

Day 4 :

Lucerne – Interlaken

Morning: Take the scenic GoldenPass train to Interlaken. Check into your hotel.Afternoon: Visit Harder Kulm for panoramic views of the Swiss Alps.Evening: Explore Interlaken’s town center and try Swiss chocolate or fondue.Overnight: Interlaken

Day 5 :

Interlaken – Jungfraujoch

Morning: Take the train to Jungfraujoch, the “Top of Europe.” Explore the Ice Palace, Sphinx Observatory, and the Aletsch Glacier.Afternoon: Return to Interlaken and relax by Lake Thun or Lake Brienz.Evening: Enjoy a relaxing evening with Swiss cuisine.Overnight: Interlaken.

Day 6 :

Interlaken – Zermatt

Morning: Take a train to Zermatt (approx. 3 hours). Check into your hotel.

Afternoon: Visit the Matterhorn Museum and take a Gornergrat train ride for stunning views of the Matterhorn.

Evening: Stroll through Zermatt’s charming car-free village.

Overnight: Zermatt.

Day 7 :

Zermatt – Zurich (Departure)

Morning: Enjoy breakfast and some last-minute exploration of Zermatt.Afternoon: Take a train back to Zurich (approx. 4 hours).Evening: Depart from Zurich Airport with cherished memories of Switzerland.

How fit do I need to be to do this trek?

A good base fitness level is recommended. You should be comfortable with moderate hiking distances and some steeper sections. Regularly going for hikes or participating in cardio activities beforehand will help prepare you for the trek.

How much do guides and porters cost?

Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is not included but highly recommended. It’s important to protect yourself against unforeseen circumstances like trip cancellations or medical emergencies.

What kind of clothing should I pack?
